Pirate Captains
A pirate can be upgraded with 3 Gems to a Pirate Captain
When upgrading the pirate, the user can chose 3 traits to boost out of these:
Each chosen trait will be boosted one level up.
A Pirate Captain earns tax from its other tribe members.
Pirates that have been upgraded to Captain will be able to claim a Location on the Pirate Map
